Ion Barbu, Joc secund (1930)

Grup

E temniţa în ars, nedemn pământ,
De ziuă, fânul razelor înşală;

Pe slujite vinuri firimitură-i astru.
Munţii-n Spirit, lucruri într-un Pod albastru.
Raiuri divulgate!

Mod

Te smulgi cu zugrăviţii, scris în zid,
La gama turlelor acelor locuri,
Întreci oraşul pietrei, limpezit
De roua harului arzând pe blocuri.

O, ceasuri verticale, frunţi târzii!
Cer simplu, timpul. Dimensiunea, două;
Iar sufletul impur, în calorii,
Şi ochiul, unghi şi lumea-aceasta – nouă.

– Înaltă-în vânt te frângi, să mă aştern
O, iarba mea din toate mai frumoasă.
Noroasă pata-aceasta de infern!
Dar ceasul – sus; trec valea răcoroasă.

Dioptrie

Înalt în orga prismei câtăresc
Un saturat de semn, poros infoliu.
Ca fruntea vinului cotoarele roşesc,
Dar soarele pe muchii scurs – de doliu.

Aproape. Ochii împietresc cruciş
Din fila vibratoare ca o tobă,
Coarana literei, mărăciniş,
Jos în lumină tunsă, grea, de sobă.

Odaie, îndoiere-în slabul vis!
– Deretecată trece, de-o mătuşă –
Gunoiul tras în conuri, lagăr scris,
Adeverire zile – prin cenuşă.

Oul dogmatic

Dogma: Şi Duhul Sfânt se purta deasupra apelor

E dat acestui trist norod
Şi oul sterp ca de mâncare,
Dar viul ou, la vârf cu plod,
Făcut e să-l privim la soare!

Cum lumea veche, în cleştar,
Înoată, în subţire var,
Nevinovatul, oul nou,
Palat de nuntă şi cavou.

Din trei atlazuri e culcuşul
În care doarme nins albuşul
Atât de galeş, de închis,
Ca trupul drag, surpat în vis.

Dar plodul?
De foarte sus
Din polul plus
De unde glodul
Pământurilor n-a ajuns.

Acordă lin
Şi masculin
Albuşul în hialin:
Sărutul plin.

Om uitător, ireversibil,
Vezi Duhul Sfânt făcut sensibil
Precum atunci şi azi întocma:
Mărunte lumi păstrează dogma.

***

Să vezi, la bolţi, pe Sfântul Duh
Veghind vii ape fără stuh,
Acest ou-simbol ţi-l aduc,
Om şters, uituc.

Nu oul roşu.
Om fără saţ şi om nerod,
Un ou cu plod
Îţi vreau, plocon, acum de Paşte;

Îl urcă-n soare şi cunoaşte!

***

Şi mai ales te înfioară
De acel galbem icusar,
Ceasornic fără minutar
Ce singur scrie când să moară
Şi ou şi lume. Te-nfioară
De ceasul galben, necesar...

A morţii frunte-acolo-i toată.

În gălbenuş,
Să roadă spornicul albuş,
Durata-înscrie-în noi o roată.
Întocma – dogma.

Încă o dată:
E, Oul, celui sterp la fel,
Dar nu-l sorbi. Curmi nuntă-n el.
Şi nici la cloşcă să nu-l pui!
Îl lasă-n pacea-întâie-a lui.

Că vinovat e tot făcutul
Şi sfânt, doar nunta, începutul.

Paznicii

Înaltă conexiune,
Gardă eficace nunţilor.
Drum şi Carte:
Pentru sumbrul rac al lui Marte,
Pentru Jup
– Acel Trup –
Saturn centrat în aparte,
Uran ca un tiv,
Neptun aditiv;

Cădelniţare în cor a nunţilor,
Din zece Lune, în rampă,
O foarte cerească şi amplă
Mătanie a Frunţilor!

Salut de pe scara de noapte,
La sceptrul seral,
De trei ori spiral:
Al lunii râu static de lapte;

Plecăciune joasă,
La faţa păroasă,
Suptă, care ajună
Apusă-n cărbunii din lună;

Mătanie adâncă,
Îndoită încă,
Norului violaceu,

Fumat lung, de soare,
La ziua-n revărsare,
Când pipăie sufletul meu.

Riga Crypto şi lapona Enigel

- Menestrel trist, mai aburit
Ca vinul vechi ciocnit la nuntă,
De cuscrul mare dăruit
Cu pungi, panglici, beteli cu funtă,

Mult -- îndărătnic menestrel,
Un cântec larg tot mai încearcă,
Zi-mi de lapona Enigel
Şi Crypto, regele ciupearcă !

Nuntaş fruntaş !
Ospăţul tău limba mi-a fript-o,
Dar cântecul, tot zice-l-aş,
Cu Enigel si riga Crypto.

- Zi-l, menestrel !
Cu foc l-ai zis acum o vară ;
Azi zi-mi-l stins, încetinel,
La spartul nunţii, în cămară.

*

Des cercetat de pădureţi
În pat de râu şi-în humă unsă,
Împărăţea peste bureţi
Crai Crypto, inimă ascunsă,

La vecinic tron, de rouă parcă !
- Dar printre ei bârfeau bureţii
De-o vrăjitoare minătarcă,
De la fântâna tinereţii.

Şi răi ghioci şi toporaşi
Din gropi ieşeau să-l ocărască,
Sterp îl făceau şi nărăvaş,
Că nu vroia să înflorească.

În ţări de gheaţă urgisită,
Pe acelaşi timp trăia cu el,
Lapona mică, liniştită,
Cu piei; pre nume -- Enigel.

De la iernat, la păşunat,
În noul an, să-şi ducă renii,
Prin aer ud, tot mai la sud,
Ea poposi pe muşchiul crud
La Crypto, mirele poienii.

Pe trei covoare de răcoare
Lin adormi, torcând verdeata,
Când lângă sân, un rigă spân,
Cu eunucul lui bătrân,
Veni s-o-îmbie cu dulceaţă :

-- Enigel, Enigel,
Ţi-am adus dulceată, iacă,
Uite fragi, ţie dragi
Ia-i şi toarnă-i în puiacă.

-- Rigă spân, de la sân.
Multumesc Dumitale.
Eu mă duc să culeg
Fragii fragezi, mai la vale.

-- Enigel, Enigel,
Scade noaptea, ies lumine,
Dacă pleci să culegi,
Începi rogu-te cu mine.

-- Te-aş culege, rigă blând...
Zorile încep să joace
Şi esti umed şi plăpând :
Teama mi-e, te frângi curând,
Lasă. - Aşteaptă de te coace.

-- Să mă coc, Enigel,
Mult aş vrea, dar, vezi, de soare,
Visuri sute, de măcel,
Mă despart. E roşu, mare,
Pete are fel de fel ;
Lasă-l, uită-l Enigel,
În somn fraged şi răcoare.

-- Rigă Crypto, rigă Crypto,
Ca o lamă de blestem
Vorba-în inimă-ai înfipt-o !
Eu de umbră mult mă tem,

Că dacă în îarnă sunt făcută,
Ursul alb mi-e vărul drept,
Din umbra deasă, desfăcută,
Mă-închin la soarele-înţelept.

La lămpi de gheaţă, supt zăpezi,
Tot polul meu un vis visează.
Greu taler scump, cu margini verzi,
De aur, visu-i cercetează.

Mă-închin la soarele-înţelept,
Că sufletu-i fântână-în piept
Şi roata alba mi-e stăpână
Ce zace-în sufletul-fântână.

La soare, roata se măreşte,
La umbră, numai carnea creste
Şi somn e carnea, se desumflă,
-- Dar vânt şi umbră iar o umflă...

Frumos vorbi şi subtirel
Lapona dreaptă, Enigel.
Dar timpul, vezi, nu adăsta,
Iar soarele acuma sta
Zvârlit în sus, ca un inel.

-- Plângi, prea cuminte Enigel !
Lui Crypto, regele ciupearcă,
Lumina iute cum să-i placă ?
El se desface uşurel !
De Enigel.
De partea umbrei moi să treacă...

Dar soarele, aprins inel,
Se oglindi adânc în el ;
De zece ori, fără sfială,
Se oglindi în pielea-i chială ;

Şi sucul dulce inăcreşte !
Ascunsă-i inimă plesneşte,
Spre zece vii peceţi de semn,
Venin şi roşu untdelemn
Mustesc din funduri de blestem ;

Că-i greu mult soare să îndure
Ciupearcă crudă de pădure,
Că sufletul nu e fântână
Decât la om, fiară bătrână,
Iar la făptură mai firavă
Pahar e gândul cu otravă.

-- Ca la nebunul rigă Crypto,
Ce focul inima i-a fript-o,
De a rămas să rătăcească
Cu alta fată mai crăiască :

Cu Laurul-Balaurul
Să toarne-în lume aurul,
Să-l toace, gol la drum să iasă.
Cu măsălariţă-mireasă,
Să-i ţie de împărăteasă.

Uvedenrode

La râpa Uvedenrode
Ce multe gasteropode!
Suprasexuale
Supramuzicale;

Gasteropozi!
Mult limpezi rapsozi,
Moduri de ode
Ceruri eşarfă
Antene în harfă;

Uvedenrode
Peste mode şi timp
Olimp!

Ceas în cristalin
Lângă fecioara Geraldine!

Dantelele sale
Ca floarea de zale,

Prin braţele ei
Gheţari în idei,

La soarele sfânt,
Egal - acest cânt:

Ordonată spiră,
Sunet
Fruct de liră,
Capăt paralogic,
Leagăn mitologic,
Din şetrele mari
Apari:
O cal de val
Peste cavală
Cu varul deasupra-n spirală!

Încorporată poftă,
Uite o fată,
Lunecă o dată,
Lunecă de două
Ori până la nouă,
Până o-nfăşori
În fiori uşori,
Până-o torci în zale
Gasteropodale;

Până când, în lente
Antene atente
O cobori:

Pendular de-ncet,
Inutil pachet,
Sub timp,
Sub mode
În Uvedenrode.

Ritmuri pentru nunţile necesare

Capăt al osiei lumii!
Ceas alb, concis al minunii,
Sună-mi trei
Clare chei
Certe, sub lucid eter
Pentru cercuri de mister!

An al Geei, închisoare,
Ocoleşte roatele interioare:
Roata Venerii
Inimii
Roata capului

Mercur
În topire, în azur,
Roata Soarelui
Marelui.

I

Înspre tronul moalei Vineri
Brusc, ca toţi amanţii tineri,
Am vibrat
Înflăcărat:

Vaporoasă
Rituală
O frumoasă
Masă
Scoală!
În brăţara ta fă-mi loc
Ca să joc, ca să joc,
Danţul buf
Cu reverenţe
Ori mecanice cadenţe.

Ah, ingrată,
Energie degradată,
Brută ce desfaci pripită
Grupul simplu din orbită,
Veneră,
Inimă
În undire minimă:

Aphelic ( )
Perihelic ( (i )
Cojunctiv (dodo)
Oponent (adio!)

II

Paj al Venerii,
Oral
Papagal!
În cristalul tău negat,
Spre acel fumegat
Fra Mercur
De pur augur,
Peste îngeri, şerpi şi rai
Sună vechi:
I-ro-la-hai,

Mercur, astră aurită,
Cu peri doi împodobită
Lungi
Cu pungi
Pe bomba mare,
Oarbă, de cercetătoare,

O, Mercur,
Frate pur
Conceput din viu mister
Şi Fecioara Lucifer,

Înclinat pe ape caste
În sfruntări iconoclaste,
Cap clădit
Din val oprit
Sus, pe Veacul împietrit,

O select
Intelect
Nunta n-am sărbătorit...

III

Uite, ia a treia cheie,
Vâr-o în broasca - Astartee!
Şi întoarce-o de un grad
Unui timp retrograd,
Trage porţile ce ard,

Că intrăm
Să ospătăm
În cămara Soarelui
Marelui

Alba,
Dreapta
Isarlâk!

Ruptă din coastă de soare!
Cu glas galeş, de unsoare,
Ce te-ajunge-aşa de lin
Când un sfânt de muezin
Fâlfâie, înalt, o rugă
Pe fuişor, la zâna-în fuga...

*

- Isarlâk, inima mea,
Dată în alb, ca o raia
Într-o zi cu var şi ciuma,
Cuib de piatră şi legumă
- Raiul meu, ramâi asa!

Fii un tîrg temut, hilar
Si balcan - peninsular...

La fundul mării de aer
Toarce gâtul, ca un caier,
În patrusprezece furci,
La raiele; rar, la turci!
Beată, într-un singur vin:
Hazul Hogii Nastratin

*

Colo, cu doniţi în spate,
Asinii de la cetate,
Gâzii, printre fete mari,
Simigii şi gogoşari,
Guri cască când Nastratin

La jar alb topeste in,

Vinde-în leasă de copoi
Căţei iuti de usturoi,
Joacă, şi-în cazane sună
Când cadâna curge-în Lună.

*

Deschideţi-vă, porţi mari!
Marfa-aduc, pe doi măgari,
Ca să vând acelor case
Pulberi, de pe luna rase,
Şi-alte poleieli frumoase;
Pietre ca apa de grele,
Ce fireturi, ce inele,
Opinci pentru hagealâk

- Deschide-te, Isarlîk!

Să-ţi fiu printre foi un mugur
S-aud multe, să mă bucur

La răstimpuri, când Kemal
Pe Bosfor, la celalt mal,
Din zecime, în zecime,
Taie-în Asia grecime;

Când noi, a Turchiei floare,
Într-o slavă stătătoare

Dăm cu sâc
Din Isarlîk!

Nastratin Hogea la Isarlâk

Lui Al. R

Ţara veghea turcită. Pierea o dup-amiază
Schimbată-n apa multă a ierbii ce-nviază,

Şi, azmţit câmpiei, un fluviu leşios;

– În gânduri încarcate, când cautam pe jos
Argintul unei scule de preţ, atunci picată:
Cuţit lucrat, vreo piatră în scump metal legată
Greu cearcan de cadana topit la un bairam;

Nici vâsle şi nici pânze; catargul, mult prea mic;
Pulpane de caftane ori tururi de nădragi;

Primeşte-aceste daruri şi-aceste temenele:
Încheie-acum Bosforul cel limpede-n sicriu

Discuss the common elements described in the theories/philosophies of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker including how their principles/strategies relate to the new definition of entrepreneurial leadership presented in Understanding Entrepreneurial Leadership in today’s Dynamic Markets. Case, Kouzes and Drucker each have good theories and philosophies on entrepreneurship and leadership. Each had different ways of stating what they thought made a good entrepreneur but for the most part focus on some of the same things and agreed that with the right balance of these characteristics then succeeding, as an entrepreneur would be possible. One of the common elements that each focused on was people. Interaction with people is important when it comes to entrepreneurship and leadership skills according to Case, Kouzes, and Drucker. Each inferred that if a person does not have people skills, then the person would not succeed as an entrepreneur or a leader. People skills would be the ability to motivate others and interact. A leader cannot lead without being able to interact with people. Starting a business requires interaction with people on some level. Another common element that they all thought were important was not being afraid to take risk. Taking a risk in order to monopolize an industry to succeed is important. ...Recording Transactions Keeping business records accurate and up to date is important for the smooth running of a business. The business owner must record all of the money coming into the business from successful sales of the product and all of the money going out, such as expenses including money owed for storage, wages that are paid and money to purchase the stock. If a business fails to do this it may find itself not chasing payments, forgetting to pay bills or, even in trouble with HM Revenue and Customs. If the business does not record its transactions correctly, it cannot report its financial performance accurately and therefore tax payments may be wrong. By recording the sales made, the business owner is given a clear indication of what’s popular and so it becomes clear what products should have increased stock or altered price. In your case, it is very important that you monitor your sales as a new business will most likely not make any profit straight away, so it’s vital to record your transactions so you are able to at least breakeven until more customers become aware of your business and you can start to make a profit. Furthermore, since you have negotiated a one month credit with a supplier, it is important to record your transactions so you know that you can repay the supplier after the month has passed and avoid any consequences. It would be beneficial to you if you could keep your credit supply as then you will have money coming in from your customers to then...

Looking at businesses in this way you can clearly see that business is a pivotal part of the economy. Within our economy two types of business organizations exist: for-profit and nonprofit. A for-profit organization will produce goods or services in the hopes of making revenue off its products. Most organizations you think of today are probably a for-profit establishment. Organizations that are classified as not-for-profit or nonprofit often operate under the guise of the emotional appeal of compassion but can also become major economic engines. They are business like establishments but unlike a for-profit business, their primary goals do not include making monetary profits. For profit businesses operate to generate revenue under the idea to have more profit than loss at the end of the day.
