If I was in a position where I knew a product was unsafe or defective, I know that it is my responsibility to bring it to the attention of everyone higher up in the company. I know that it will be difficult to tell the managers and the CEO of the company that they have created a product that is unsafe or defective, and the only way to break bad news is just to do it. I am a mother so I know how it is to want products that are safe for my kids, so that it was I am going to focus on, infant seats if not used properly can be very unsafe, but what’s worst is having an infant seat that is defective and is being recalled by the company. The way I found out that the product was recalled was a flyer that was posted on a board in the store by the bathrooms, I don’t think that was a very effective way to let all the customers know that a product was recalled. I know that a new infant seat is defective and that it is unsafe to put in stores. I am going to request an emergency meeting with the CEO, the directors and managers of the company I work for, and tell them I think there is a problem with one of our products, and I need to bring it to their attention right away.
