Our team name is Strategic Consultants. We are a group of college seniors committed to doing our very best individually, as well as working as a team to complete our weekly assignments successfully. We will help each other as the need arises understanding there are times when things happen that are beyond our control. We will be united in striving for excellence each week and considerate of each other.

Section II: Work Plan How will the team members divide their work and communicate? Our team will communicate mainly via email with documents shared on the Team Discussion board or Doc Sharing. We will meet using iConnect a minimum of 2 per week to collaborate, review assignments and project progress, and discuss and analyze videos. Team is committing to 1 weekly iConnect meeting Sunday, no later than Monday and a 2nd later in the week.
How will work be divided? Once we agree on the issues and recommendations and the needs of the final project, the team will first take volunteers for each subject needed to be covered in the final presentation. If, for any reason, there is a disagreement in the assignments of sections, the team agrees to make compromises to resolve such disagreements and if compromise cannot me agreed upon, we will take a vote and the majority vote decides.
When will all members need to have their part of the project done so that it can be turned in on time? All work due will be turned in to the team lead no later than Friday each week. All feedback, updates and corrections for assignment and weekly status input will be completed and sent to the team no later than for final approval Saturday.
