CHILD 1: 02/07/2018 at 0911 CSW Anderson arrived at Clyde H Elementary and met with Jordan. Jordan walked in appeared healthy and free from any noticeable neglect-abuse. Jordan claimed that he is 9 y/o and lives with mom, dad and four of his other siblings. CSW Anderson inquired Jordan of the condition at home where Jordan said mom usually does most of the house chores; preparing food, cleaning and does all the disciplines. CSW Anderson asked about food and warm water and Jordan claimed they have sufficient necessities. CSW Anderson exploring into the discipline area and Jordan indicated that “the twins don’t clean and mom didn’t say anything to them.” Jordan continues, claimed that mom would ground them if they are naughty, but added that …show more content…
KAGE and ANNA said that they are full-time employees at a nearby company. ANNA then indicated that “Thomas N…something I don’t remember” is the biological father of Adrianne and AVA but he is not in the picture “for years.” Further discovery CSW Anderson was advised by ANNA that she got an {Exparte} against Thomas for an unspecified sexual involvement with their children (Adrianne and AVA).
CSW Anderson then discussed the allegations in the report to both parties: KAGE claimed to be involved with their children and ANNA added she does most of the cooking and cleaning. ANNA then said she does not know why the children would go to school hungry or look disorganized. ANNA denied KAGE denied all physical discipline toward the children, “I would never fucking hit my kids.” KAGE and ANNA denied any drugs or alcohol use; further neither child indicates any behaviors display from the parents that may contribute to substance abuse or alcoholism in the home.
