During points of friction, Candidate Hoeptner solicited recommendations to improve the current plan and quickly utilized the input to initialize modifications to the plan. During execution, Candidate Hoeptner briefly re-tasked the security detail to assist with the objective when the fire team was in need, and then immediately re-posted security.
