Summary of Needs
The deliverable for this project is to design and develop a park in Canfield, Ohio; at the existing park sits a two-story, with basement, concrete and wood dilapidated building containing asbestos. The project requirements are summarized into the following list: * Demolition of the two-story building by licensed NDAAC asbestos abatement professionals. * Complete removal of demolished building from site. * Total park size of 100x200 yards. * Walking/Jogging path designed to withstand wear and tear from weather and use. * Garden with three (3) waterfalls (3ft, 6ft, 3ft). * Twelve (12) varieties of exotic plants; must thrive in climate and require minimal maintenance. * 24x24 foot octagon gazebo, with interior benches. * Stone walkways from parking lot to walking/jogging path, from walking/jogging path to gazebo, and three (3) paths through the grassland. * Grassland, with sprinkler system installed. * Arches at each entrance to the park. * Project completed in eight (8) months.
Statement of Work with Specifications and Responsibilities
The major deliverables are as follows: 1. Detailed plan, accompanied by proper documentation, for the demolition and destruction of the existing structure, including: time frame, detailed job bid price, 5% guarantee down payment of bid price made payable to the city of canfield, management plan with check-points and contingencies to ensure timely delivery of work. 2. Blueprints for the new park design. 3.
