The Crucible Should one person have the right to end another's life? This is a question most people have when it comes to capital punishment. Capital punishment is known to some people as one of the cruelest punishments to humanity. Some people believe giving a person the death penalty doesn't solve anything. Capital punishment, known as the death penalty or execution is the sentence that a criminal will get for committing a capital crime. Capital crimes consist of mass murders, treachery and other crimes. So the question is are you for or against it? I am for it.
