The letter “Cardi B is a beacon of hope for Dominican girls” is all about how Cardi B is a role model. In the letter the author relates her life to how Cardi B’s life is set up. The author explains all of the accomplishments that Cardi B had in her career so far. She also spoke about how she loves Cardi B because she acts herself. She stated that she loves Cardi B because she is “outspoken and humorous”. Cardi B might be a role model but, the speaker should of got into detail about what Cardi has done for the Bronx.. The author stated that “For so many Dominicans living in the Bronx, Cardi B symbolizes the promise of success.” I still find it hard to realize why the dominicans living in the Bronx feel so driven by Cardi if she isn’t helping
