I am a person who have a very good personality , I like to smile and communicate with people. I am an introvert who does not like to quarrel , I am a very open minded person when it comes to a person who wants to share something personal with me. I am a diverger person who is always up for a challenge also very optimistic when it comes to my school work but doesn’t like to be in a group of more than four because I can concentrate with a lot of people around me. I like to explore different things in life. I am very passionate about something that I do , I haved faced a lot of obstacles during my high school life which thought me not to be always a door mat that anyone go do as they want with it. My life challenges has thought me to fight for what is right because the only way you can succeed in life is by being respectfull and be willing to do a change in someones life. I have always had the world put on my shoulders but I’ve been betrayed by those I trusted and never took the world upon my shoulder. I am a very soft hearted person when it comes to my personal life but when I am at school I’m able to communicate with other pupils. I’m a hard worker when it comes to my school work and don’t take my work for granted, I am able to achieve my goals when I’m under pressure. I’m able to achieve the extremes when I am under pressure and very productive when it comes to my school work. I’m able to face any obstacle when a life challenging situation is threathing my future , very persuasive when I want to get information that is needed for my school work. I am a person who loves to share their ideas with people in a group but very shy when it comes to doing a presentation. I am able to deal with different people in my life as they have been in my life for a very long time. I am a very professional person when it comes to being graded for marks and at the workplace when I have to do things that I have never done , in a workplace I’m able to learn new things and deal with drastic changes in a short period of time.
I am is extra carefull about how I manages my time because I always set time management calender where I can be able to see to what I am doing a particular thing at a certain time.
I am a reflective observer , I use this style as a way that I can be able to do my own research to know how each thing happened usually by asking questions and being able to collect a wide range of information to get more answers. Whenever a situation comes in way of my research I always try to find a civilised way to solve my problem. regarding the Belbin roles I use the specialist role in a team because this way am able to conduct a lot of background search of whatever topic we choose and it can be reliable as I am a single-minded person who is dedicated to provide the necessarily information needed in the group , I usually use my own techniques to conduct a particular research. I always share my findings with my team in order to get other peoples opinions about my research and always go to a second person to look at my research before handing it in to my group so that I can have third opinion about my research. . The development during internship of having an opportunity of being wanted to work permanently would affect my studies because I won’t be able to do my masters
I am a very communicative person especially when it comes to my school work , I always make sure whenever I don’t understand something am able to rise that matter and even when I think things are not suppose to go arccording to a certain way I make sure that I make it clear that this is not how its suppose to be. The most thing that I find very intimidating in life is my ability to be able to work with different people every time and being in an atmosphere whereby there is a lot of young people being able to be pressurised to do things that they are not used to doing because they have got a lot of freedom , the most fear I have in life is being unable to finish my studies due to things that I have no control over. The thing that I enjoy a lot is being able to explore different things while studying , being able to be in a intercultural atmosphere and being able to experience the kind of challenges that I would have to come upon at in the future. I would love to see myself in the future being a sucessfull business women. The thing that my mother would change in my past is that I would have studied harder in order to get a better symbol in high school. My objectives are always straight forward and always being realistic about something that I am confident about. The good thing about me is that I am able to work in a more professional way when it comes to my work because everything I do in my work reflects back to my personality and I’m able to distinguish between unprofessionalism & professionalism. I don’t let my background determine my future because whatever I do I do it with hope of achieving and make a mark for myself, the respect I’ve earned during my hardwork would never go un-recognised in the future. I am person who loves to work under pressure because the pressure encourages me to be able to achieve more and to do decisions under pressure is when I am able to take a very wise decision because I’ll have to make a quick decision that can determine my future. I am a very optimistic when a situation concerns my life, my studying have affected my daily routine with my friends because now I feel as if I have to work all the time to be able to achieve. I have been able to work with everyone in a team work very good as every is always willing to go an extra mile to pass, I’ve been very participant during my work. I am always available when needed at work , I have never dissapionted anyone as they always expect me to be a reliable person they can depend on when someone else has dropped them. I am a very organised person who would always do what I think is right for me and will face the consequences alone . I have always been a person who doesn’t like to share her things but the hospitality industry has thought me that whenever you share with someone your knowledge , you are actually helping yourself being able to pass it on to the next person and that person would be able to say that this particular person helped me to be where I am proudly. This industry has thought me to be able to priorities and how to use the different types of learning techniques. I am a basic philosophy when it comes to me doing business related assignment which gives me the courage to go to an certain extent to achieve it. I haved realised that I’ve outgrown my way of study method as now I am fascinated by small things that happen around me, I like to strive for the best whenever I do something school related as I’ve always been in a competition when it came to my studies.
