The most interesting thing I saw in the website was the helpful information about the rules and regulations for a small business. There was information from health laws to the wage hour division and also from employee benefits to the health laws. I found the information very beneficial since starting a business without proper understanding of business rules and regulation will lead to a disaster. I was very surprised to find that there are onsite trainings available to learn the rules and comply with the law. Another page with pulled my attention was the unemployment insurance, which was a new concept to me, since I have never heard of such insurance in my home country. It is appreciable about the government who thinks about the people who do not have an employment. Such insurances will provide some support to the people while they are in search of new jobs. Situations where a company with N number of employees gets bankrupt and all the employees suddenly become jobless will have great benefits and support from such insurances. The elaw- employment assistance for workers and small business was also a very interesting concept which will clear a lot of confusion which may arise in business and also provide the law assistance to the workers. Since going to attorneys is a very expensive and tough on the workers. Such help from the government will be extremely helpful for the people. On a whole the website has a lot of information from employees as well as employers. It also has the rights and benefits a worker can lawfully get from his organization. Having such information open for the common man with such ease is a great work by the government. I was able to understand a lot of rules and regulations which if not available on the website was very difficult to

Lansing, Michigan 48824-1116, USA a r t i c l e i n f o a b s t r a c t Objective and subjective career success were hypothesized to mediate the relationships between sociodemographic variables, human capital indices, individual difference variables, and organizational sponsorship as inputs and a retirement decision and intentions to leave either the specialty of emergency medicine (EM) or medicine as output variables. Objective career success operationalized as the number of leadership positions held did not mediate the relationship, but income change and career satisfaction mediated the relationship between the hours worked and years employed in emergency medicine. Work centrality was significantly related to subjective career success more so for men than women and perceptions of success or self-efficacy were positively related to subjective career success for women, but not for men. The expected pattern of women indicating more difficulties with personal time and family time did not emerge; but women did indicate less perceived support from the organization, fewer EM leadership positions, less perceived...

Average collection period has increased. Inventory turnover, fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover has decreased. This indicates that company is getting its cash late. As a result income has decreased . there are dangerous signs when it comes to debt ratio. Currently the company has more financing from debt than from the equity. Creditors will not feel easy in this situation as increase in debt financing also increases their risk factor. On one hand debt has increased while on the other hand the companies ability to pay interest has decreased. Company is sailing in dangerous waters as it is too much dependent on debt financing. The profitabilty ratios has also decreased. Profit margin on sales , return on total asset and return on common equity all these are decreasing. ...they are dealing with, they also face a deficit in the world around them; a lack of equal opportunity for many when seeking employment. Career counseling for those who have a disability is an essential task that should include the community as well as the client. Reasoning Apptitude Paper

...Reasoning Aptitude Paper Intro After completing the reasoning aptitude portion of my career plan, I was a little surprised at the results. This was not the first time that the results caught my attention but I did see how the system was able to produce the information it did in relation to my working abilities, thinking processes and habits. My profile showed that I could work well in a career field where my success would come from my ability to apply my practical skills. Maybe in a field of work where thinking was a key ability needed to solve practical problems. It showed that I was likely to be attracted to more practical jobs or careers. My results tell me that my individual thinking style is what I had anticipated it to be. I tend to be more successful or interested in work that I can learn by watching and conquer and be proficient after I have learned and comprehended the process. I am a hand-on type of person that stand behind the statement that seeing is believing so in order for me to perform a function to the best of my ability, I need to see it done, maybe a few times. I like supervision and training until I am confident in my ability to accomplish the work. It is sometimes hard for me to accomplish a task based on a theory because to me, a theory is something that is not necessarily proven to work or be effective. I want to know that what work effort I am about to put in is going to be substantial, get the job done and get it done accurately...

Mr Return to School

...Change is the essence of life. Be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become.” (ThinkExist.com Quotations, 2012) I had not entertained the thought of going back to school. I felt I was too old, fixed in my ways and did not have any desire of continuing my education. I realized continuing on the road I was on, I had no job satisfaction. Have you ever felt trapped in life, not to mention felt like what is the point in doing something different? I became comfortable with how things were in my life. People have many reasons for making the choice for higher education including: increased salaries, being an example for their children or even a job promotion. My reason for returning to school is different. I am looking to change careers. I want to alter my path, which will lead me to a new direction. I will explain my reasons, advantages and what I want to accomplish by returning to school. To begin, I started my family at the young age of fifteen and I graduated from high school with two babies. My dream of being a lawyer was shattered, however I did not want to spend my life on government assistance. In the meantime, I decided to attend a vocational school to obtain my nursing degree. The school was only for eleven months. After completing the program, it allowed me the opportunity to financially provide for my family. I raised five children, working as a licensed practical nurse for twenty three years. I was busy going through the motions of life, still trying to...
