...SUMMARY: Between 6/3/2018 and 6/6/2018 CV1 was a victim of rape, oral copulation and domestic violence by her boyfriend suspect S1 Ahmed, Mujib. These incidents occurred at the Mylo Hotel located at 3211 Geneva Ave, Daly City, CA 94014. CV1 transported herself to Stanford Medical center where she was examined and released. She was then escorted to the Keller Center to be further examined. C.O.R.A notified. Investigation continuing. This supplement documents the arrest of S1 Ahmed, his statement, and the granting of Emergency Protective Order. INVESTIGATION: On Saturday, 06/09/18, at approximately 1800 hours, I received a phone call from CV-1 stating she knew the location of S-1 Ahmed. I then gave that information to Officer Chittenden who contacted Sergeant Reyes with the Crime Suppression Unit. I gave Sergeant Reyes the case number so he could pull up the information and a photo of S-1 Ahmed. Goods sold by sample, the goods must correspond to the sample in quality (S.15) The Sale of Goods Act applies to all contracts for the sale of goods, however, S.14 is more limited in its scope in that it only applies where goods are sold in the course of a business. Also where the goods are sold in the course of a business the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act are reinforced with the protection offered by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 which prohibits their exclusion.
