INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Adarsheri Moses Gonzalez being a danger to himself. Pasadena RA #37 transported Gonzalez to the Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room (HMH) where he was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:

On 02-20-18 at approximately 1737 hours, Officer Kim #4817 and Officer Martinez #5472 responded to the above location regarding a male Hispanic, later identified as Gonzalez seen running into traffic and jumping onto vehicles, NFD. Gonzalez reportedly was exposing and grabbing onto his penis.

Upon Officer Kim and Officer Martinez arrival, they contacted Gonzalez who was found laying down inside of Pintoresca Park. Gonzalez was unresponsive, but breathing. The Pasadena Fire Department Engine #37 and Pasadena
