After Target has done the planning and has the aforementioned three year plan in place, it is time to ensure the implementation of all the pieces. This is where Lisa is displaying the organizing function of management. “Organizing is the function of management that involves developing an organizational structure and allocating human resources to ensure the accomplishment of objectives” (Minnesota Libraries). Lisa is responsible for implementing the right people at the right job to get the job done.
