Rukhami,
Case study #1
The following case study is about the most profitable investment, which should be recognized by the angels with help of different relevant and vital questions. Depending on the kind of the proposed projects, I would like to figure out the advantages and perspectives of each of them. However, I think that there are some fundamental questions to ask. It’s necessarily to be highly interested in a financial side of a project. That’s why the first questions I would ask are: “What is the estimated price to launch and maintain my investment?
What is the predicted revenue? How profitable is it?
How liquid is this suggestion?
What is my biggest risk and how much can I loss in total?”
The next step is to identify who is the potential customer, whether there are a lot of competitors or not, has this kind of business already existed before, etc. (questions to ask in every segment)
Now, let’s concentrate on every proposition specifically. * Manufacture of small bottles of flavours. The flavours you can add to water or other drinks to get the taste you like.
Having analyzed the detailed information about this product, I came to the point to start up my interview with clarifying
“Why is it innovative?”
“How much would one bottle cost?”
“What would be the market price per one unit?”
“Did a marketing research take a place? If yes, what are the results and what did the questionnaires show?”
“Who came up with this idea and why does he/she believe in it?”
“Which kind of regulations should be complied with? Did a company receive the certificates of ISO to operate?” Based on the information from all of the above, I would make an effective decision. However, I think, that intuitively I would invest in this project because of the high popularity of soft beverages, the trend towards healthy and green food.

A small cup which can fit into the cup-holder in a car. The cup contains tissues which can be used to clean hands etc when eating/drinking on the move. Nowadays, nobody can imagine a life with no cars. Any customer can find an appropriate option for the price they can afford to. But, as an investor I have my strong doubts about the creditability of this project.
“Is it exclusive?”
“What if you forget to full a cup with tissues?”
“Where would it be launched?”
“How does it differ from the usual packages of tissues of different sizes?”
“Has it ever been experienced before and where?” I find the idea itself non-creative and non-special enough to get the interest of the potential customers. Since any investor does not want to risk, I would most probably deny to give away my money.

* A Flavoured cinnamon sticks that can be used in drinks - just add hot or cold water.

CINNAMON STICK USESThis business model seems to be interesting, but the main question which should be arisen is “WHERE will it be sold?”. Location in this case plays a determining role. Not less important is “Who is going to be a principle supplier of Ceylon Cinnamon sticks themselves?” For example, if the product is delivered from outside countries, I would ask “What are the shipping costs and fees for transportation?” Of course, the investors should pay heed on the principle target group. As I have already mentioned in very beginning, such a question as “Who is the potential consumer?” has to be mentioned necessarily. Regarding at the huge range of the existing substitutes, I have to clarify “What is the major competitive advantage?” “Why would a customer prefer these sticks to the others flavored spices?” I am not going to invest in this project, because once again I would not like to risk too much, overestimating the possible profit and revenue. | |

| | | | http://cinnamonvogue.com/index.html * Obsolete amphibious vehicles are bought from the government and used to start a company that specializes in tours to areas not normally accessible.
There are many people who love extreme, there are many people who love vintage. If the entrepreneurs prove such an important thing as safety, being able to answer
«Which are the precautions, which should be Observed?» «What is the risk for the customers to use this service?» «How much would a firm pay in accident situation?», «What are the exact areas, where the tours will take a place?»,
I would definitely invest it. Moreover, considering this project from the financial side, it's crucial to know «What is the cost for repairing, maintaining and Purchasing the vehicles?».
I really like this project and I assume, that it will definitely be successful in a sense of profitability, especially in touristic countries. For example, in Spain, in Barcelona. Since I believe in the effective way to realise this sort of providing service, I would be glad to make the investments. * A woman who is good at making tapas decides to start a company and sell them. * A woman who is good at making tapas decides to start a company and sell them.
This is the only project, on which I can’t decide exactly if I invested or not. It depends mostly on the LOCATION. I would never agree to invest such a kind of service here, in Barcelona, because there are too much competitors and it might not go well. However, I would approve it in case to be located in England, for example.
“Where does a woman want to open a café?” “What is new about the tapas? Some secret ingredients, which can make this place different from the many others?” As the investor, primarily, I have to think about the success of any business, taking into account different factors. In this case, I would assess very accurately what is the possible risk , whether that woman is really so good in making tapas, asking the previous consumers and being provided with the marketing research results.

Exorcism vs Schizophrenia

...Exorcism vs Schizophrenia: Any Relation? Tracey A Spear Florida Institute of Technology Author Note Tracey Spear, Department of Psychology, Florida Institute of Technology. Correspondence concerning this article should be addressed to Tracey Spear, Department of Psychology, Florida Institute of Technology, 150 W. University Blvd. Melbourne, FL 32901, Email: tracerspear82@gmail.com Abstract Many years ago, many individuals who claimed to have spoken to “God” or seen angels and were coerced to commit certain harmful or illegal acts were considered to be possessed by demons or the devil. This was a problem that created a lot of panic within people to follow their religions and to pray that their spirit would not be consumed by the devil. Religion in most part viewed this as a spiritual aspect where in actual fact, this was a neurologic problem within these individuals. Schizophrenia has also been said to be a hereditary disease and many psychiatrists have to dig deeper into the patient’s family history for any correlation within the family. There are many aspects to take into consideration when dealing with someone who is suffering with delusions and a mixture of religious influence as it can create a lot of controversy. Many will argue this, but medical science throughout history has been solving these types of mysteries surrounding schizophrenia and their relation to exorcisms. Keywords: schizophrenia, exorcism, hallucinations, demons, religion. Exorcism vs Schizophrenia:...

At that time, God made a covenant (or agreement) with Abraham in which He promised to make Abraham the father of a great nation and that one day his descendants would inherit the land of Canaan if Abraham followed him. The Millennial Reign of Christ

...of Revelation. Some teach this period is entirely symbolic, and not worth fretting over. Others say we’re in the Millennium now, and that it began when Jesus Christ defeated Satan by His death, burial, and resurrection. Most prophecy teachers contend that this apocalyptic period is still future, that it will immediately follow the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, and will be a time of universal peace on earth as Jesus Christ governs all nations from Jerusalem. But what is the real truth about the thousand years? To discover the answer, one must carefully examine the only authoritative source where it’s taught, the Bible, especially chapter 20 in the book of Revelation. (Wohlberg, 2007) Here’s Revelation 20 in its entirety: And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after...

The Mystery Behind the Spiritual Alien Agenda

...The Mystery Behind the Spiritual Alien Agenda Beryl King 12 March 2012 The Search for Earth-like Planets December 5, 2011 must have been an exciting day for astronomers all over the world as NASA announced to the public the discovery of an Earth-like planet potentially able to support life. The planet, 2.4 times the size of the Earth, is six hundred light-years away in what astronomers call the “Goldilocks Zone”, an area in which a planet has an ideal temperature because of its distance from a star. It orbits around a star similar to the sun of the Earth, and the temperature of its surface is habitable at 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Scientists are hopeful that this planet might possess water and land, but they are not sure as of the moment if the majority of it is made up of solid, liquid or gas (Bloxham). Kepler 22-b is just one of the extrasolar planets observed by NASA that has a probability to be inhabited by extraterrestrial life forms. Since 1960, NASA has funded different exobiology projects, including Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI), in hopes that astronomers can find evidences of life in outer space. Thinking that extraterrestrials would likely leave something behind to signal other intelligent beings during their exploration, astronomers of SETI previously tried to detect interstellar probes to be able send messages back to them, but until now, none have been discovered. Despite this, scientists working on SETI have not given up, focusing more on...

...to Become Like Christ in Nature and Character 5.2 The Supernatural Destiny to Do the Works of Faith and Excel in Life 5.3 The Supernatural Destiny to Receive the Blessings of the Kingdom 6. PERSONAL CHOICE AND DESTINY 7. KNOWING THE AUTHOR OF DESTINY PREFACE This book offers an incisive study on the touching subject of destiny using the holy bible, which Christians revere as the revealed word of God, the Creator of the universe. There is a natural curiosity in human beings - cynics, agnostics, atheists and religionists alike - to ascertain the purpose of their existence. Even ardent nihilists who deny the existence of the supernatural and profess nothingness in the natural are occasionally troubled and intellectually exercised by such curiosity. Is there really a purpose for anybody’s existence other than the things we find ourselves doing in life either by accident or human design? Who sets the purpose for existence - human beings or a supernatural being external to them? Does destiny really exist and in what form? Who determines destiny, humanity or divinity? What are the roles of self, personal choice, natural circumstances and the supernatural (i.e. God and demons) in one’s destiny? What is the place of the populist theology of predestination in the reckoning of divine destiny – i.e. the notion that everything that happens in one’s life and the world around us has been supernaturally predetermined and willed by God to happen and could not have possibly happened...

The Effect of Technology on Christianity: Blessing or Curse?

...The Effect of Technology on Christianity: Blessing or Curse? By Dale B. Sims Last Sunday I worshipped with approximately 4000 other Christians at my church. My wife and I parked about a quarter of a mile from the building. A shuttle bus picked us up and drove us to the doors of the church. We entered the large, well-lit building and walked into the sanctuary. From the back of the room I saw row upon row of stadium seats filled with people. Everyone was conversing with their neighbor, a happy buzz of words filling the air. We found two empty seats and sat down. In front of us was a stage. Seated on the stage was a fifty-piece orchestra. Next to the stage, on either side and up high on the walls, were two very large projection screens, about 20 feet by 20 feet. Messages and pictures continuously flashed across the screens providing information concerning upcoming events at the church. Soon the orchestra launched into a rendition of a familiar hymn. That signaled the start of a service that followed the same format familiar to most evangelical congregations. There was a time of welcome. Some more announcements were made by one of the ministers. Suddenly the lights dimmed in the sanctuary and the huge screens on the walls showed a video of a young woman who gave us her testimony to the saving grace of Christ in her life. The video stopped and a live camera feed showed her being baptized by our pastor. The worshippers clapped, some cried, and loud exclamations could be heard throughout...

Sin That Destroys Us All

...Kyle Jordan Estanislao TREDTWO C37 2/17/2015 The Clutches of Sin Sin as we all know is formally defined as the infraction against the word of God. With every sinful act we commit, it is like we are distancing ourselves from God. Despite this, it seems that nobody could still stay away from the clutches of sin. Nobody is perfect. We live in an imperfect world filled with temptations and bad influences. Unfortunately no matter how hard we try to stay away and fight off these negative inducements, eventually we would succumb to the pull of sin. As my father always quotes from the bible “The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Due to this, people have this common notion in mind that if everybody eventually turns out to be a sinner, then why bother trying so hard not to be one. These people would then rationalize that it is ok to sin because God is super forgiving and that by confessing our sins, everything would be ok. It is as if by simply telling someone of one’s bad deeds, it would magically erase all the damages done because of one’s sinful acts. What they don’t realize is that as described in the lecture, sin is a spiral that enslaves us, making us addicted to it. Every time we commit a sin, it opens us to a possibility that we would keep repeating them until it now harms our major social and personal relations. Sin doesn’t just affect oneself, it also affects the people around us. Every time we commit a sin, more likely than not, someone would be negatively...

Grease Analysis

...The year is 1959, a pivotal moment in American cultural history, when rock and roll was giving birth to the Sexual Revolution and everything in America culture was about to be turned upside down. Record companies were releasing more than a hundred singles every week and the country was about to explode. Grease, generally considered a trivial little musical about The Fabulous Fifties, is really the story of America’s tumultuous crossing over from the 50s to the 60s, throwing over repression and tradition for freedom and adventure (and a generous helping of cultural chaos), a time when the styles and culture of the disengaged and disenfranchised became overpowering symbols of teenage power and autonomy. Originally a rowdy, dangerous, over-sexed, and insightful piece of alternative theatre, Grease was inspired by the rule-busting success of Hair and shows like it, rejecting the trappings of other Broadway musicals for a more authentic, more visceral, more radical theatre experience that revealed great cultural truths about America. An experience largely forgotten by most productions of the show today. Like Hair before it and The Rocky Horror Show which would come a year later, Grease is a show about repression versus freedom in American sexuality, about the clumsy, tentative, but clearly emerging sexual freedom of the late 1950s, seen through the lens of the middle of the Sexual Revolution in the 1970s. It’s about the near carnal passion 1950s teenagers felt for their rock...
