I have thoroughly analyzed the request of information from State Farm on behalf of the plaintiff Ms. Connie J, Kotyk. Since, the status is incomplete I cannot currently release all of the information to State Farm. The HITECH Ombious Rule protects me from any legal responsibility under the HIPAA Law and permits me to release what I have now while waiting until I receive a more detailed ROI from the insurance company.
The patient has a lot of missing pieces to the puzzle in regards the ROI. As I have stated above, the status of the ROI is incomplete. The reason being, State Farm did not give me enough information.
