The establishment or construction of Struktura Brand of Photovoltaic Cell Technology
“Perhaps, it would be best to categorize this as a SI project” (Pg. 230 paragraph 4)
“The project was to be terminated by the end of the year. Unless they could identify local group to undertake the project commercially” (Pg.229 paragraph 1) IV. Objectives
To be able to establish and construct strategy to establish Struktura Brand of Photovoltaic Cell Technology V. Areas of Concern * The Federal Republic of Germany and The Republic of the Philippines Entered into a contract development application of solar energy in the Philippines. (page 223) * A community in Burias, Masbate had indicated a willingness to order the system (page 229) * The quality of work was recognized by the very exacting German technicians form PGSEP (page 230)

ACA No. 1 Accept the venture with the German Bundesiminiterium Zussamernarbeit (BMZ) through the Philippines German Solar Energy Project (PGSEP) for the Solar Home System and comply with the contract that the Struktura, Inc taken. And market the system to the Burias, Masbate with 120 customers ready and lately market to the Entire Philippines.
ACA No. 2 Hire skilled workers and include them with you (Mr .Co) to seek/avail training for set up and installation of Photovoltaic Cell Technology and establish Filipino brand of it.
ACA No. 3 Join the venture with the German Bundesiminiterium Zussamernarbeit (BMZ) through the Philippines German Solar Energy Project (PGSEP) for the Solar Home System in a limited period of time. Simultaneously hired skilled workers to attend training in installation and setting up of the Photovoltaic Cell Technology. After the contract with PGSEP and already have the knowledge and skills in Photovoltaic Cell Technology, create significant Struktura, Inc. brand of Photovoltaic Cell Technology and market it in the entire Philippines.
