According to the Kern County Sheriff Department Report #FR15 22080, on 8/28/15 at approximately 2030 hours, an officer was dispatched to the Tehachapi Mountain Boy’s Home in reference to a possible assault investigation. The officer contacted Demetrius p. P. when they arrived on scene. Demetrius P. said at approximately 2030 hours, he saw and heard Marshawn Finley and Dylan H. arguing in the living room area. He stated that it looked like the conversation was going to get physical so he stepped in between Finley and Dylan H. He separated them by pushing them away from each other.
