riends of Ethiopian Jews (FEJ) supports the Ethiopian-Israeli origin organizations working to create a full and successful integration into Israel for the Ethiopian Jewish community. FEJ was founded in 1998 by former members of the American Association for Ethiopian Jews (AAEJ) and other former activists dedicated to helping the Ethiopian Jewish community in Israel. Thanks to the support of programs and projects led by the Ethiopians Israelis themselves, FEJ seeks to empower the community in order to help improve opportunities for Israeli Ethiopian and help create a society of justice in Israel.
