On Sunday 11/01/2015, at 1910 hours, Security Officer Omar Alonso, was advised by Security Supervisor, Steven Evans, that a male patient from earlier in the day would be coming in to report a lost wallet. Around 1920 hours Mr. Jonathan Rosa arrived in the E.D. waiting area and stated to Officer Alonso that he had been a patient earlier this afternoon and feels that he left his wallet in the room where he was treated. The Officer contacted Patient Financial Services and learned that Mr. Rosa checked in at 1245 hours and was released at 1404 hours the same day. He was seen in the Super Track area but the exact room # was not available. Officer Alonso was told by E.D. Staff that it could have been rooms # 6 or 9. The Officer went back to check
