The company has a database that stores the information of the performers and the assignments that are performed. Due to the increase in size of the information, the database is getting full. The agency is in need of a reorganization of data or a new database system all together.
Strengths * The company has been in business for a long time. * The database has been updated with all customers and gigs to this date.

* The system of databases they are using is too small. * The database is getting unorganized due to the addition of constant new information.
Opportunities
* The influx of new performers and performances to attend means the business is booming. * Having a new database or major reorganization of the database can yield better business transactions in the future.
Threats
* If the database ends up being corrupted due to the amount of information the company could lose all the information. * If the company loses their information about clients and customers, they may have other companies coming in to take the business that they have worked so hard to gain.

The Value chain takes activities that the company is performing and compares them to it’s competition. This can show the competitive strengths of an organization through a value chain chart. The Value chain is comprised of all the factors of a business such as, people, machinery, technology and funding. With all of these factors put together it is possible for a company to be successful.
