I would say that I do agree with them because they are trying to keep drugs out of school. In my opinion this does not violate the fourth amendment because the children are choosing to be in sports even though they know there will be drug testing. I would say this is more of a search than a seizer. The school does have their rights to ask for a drug test for students who want to participate in sports.
