I. BACKROUND INFORMATIONS AND ADDITIONAL PERSPECTIVES As we all know, the Capitol medical center is now globally recognized because of their technologically advanced machines, personalized quality patient care and humanitarian service institution. It was built on March 19 1970. With more than three decades of experience in deliveringquality health care, they continue to serve the Filipino people. The Capitol medical Center is also a home to the Philippines first successful kidney transplantin November 1970. They have also taken the concept of creating a hotel-like atmosphere, giving comfort and satisfaction to their patient and clients. The Capitol Medical center has also a great contribution to our country when it comes to disseminating health care information for the benefit of public awareness. The Capitol medical center has truly maintained their tradition of excellence in quality care, making them as one of our country’s premiere medical centers.
V. OBJECTIVES The primary objective of this case study is to suggest certain actions and tactics to the Capitol Medical Center in disseminating health care informations to the publics.
VI. TARGETED AND SEGMENTED PUBLICS The target and segmented publics of this case study were the Doctors, nurses, health related practitioners, health conscious publics, bloggers and patients of certain hospitals such as cancer patients and etc.
VII. ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF ACTION Technology can sure be helpful in disseminating valuable informations but also to those who can afford to rent a computer in an internet café’s, to those who has internets at home and of course to those who are reached by the civilization.
