There are various benefits associated with change in the workplace. Many businesses and organizations are aware of the concerns and hesitation toward any form of change. Change helps organizations formulate new opportunities, improvement in the workplace and productivity. New challenges create new approaches toward the completion of various task in the workplace. In order for change to become a success in the workplace. Change must be analyzed, managed and possibly utilized new directions. With any change, every one may not be exceptive to the change. It is very vital to inform, advise and educate everyone concerning the change. Also, in order for every department to grasp and understand the change there should be intensive training course …show more content…
Change is very vital for the survival of various businesses and organizations. This major resource has given businesses the opportunity to redirect their business efforts. Also, change has given various businesses the opportunity to develop new approaches and resolution to various issues at hand. Many individuals are not exceptive to change, due to previous encounters with change. But, it is very vital to have an open mind toward change as well the ability to redirect and adjust to the change.
In order to gain every employee on board toward a business change there must be excellent training courses. Training courses are vital in order for every individual to gain a much better concept and understanding of the change. Also, when I refer to training courses, I mean hands on experience, paperwork/videos that employees can reference back to if needed. However, it is also very vital that the trainers themselves are well trained and well informed. Trainers are used to educate and inform employees of the new change.
Management plays a major role in the transition process toward managing change. By utilizing proper management skills this creates as well as improves processes and new approaches. Management can be used as back up to instructors and trainers for extra assistance to the …show more content…
Many believe that change is resisted due to the lack of fear, frustration and possibly employees feeling unsure of themselves. Many times, employees doubt their intelligence, as well as work performance. For some individuals they are used to the rotation and process to complete various task.
In the business world change creates learning curves. As well as improves processes and new approaches to complete various task. Change encourages new challenges with boosting work performance. One valuable way to encourage employees work performance is by creating a competition among employees and management. Competition has been found to drive individuals toward improved work performance. By businesses and organizations encouraging competition this promotes the drive toward change.
Change forces businesses and organizations to improve on work performances. Yes, change many times creates rejection along with the fear of failure. Burt, if businesses utilize their tools and resources the change may become much easier to overcome. Another way management can incorporate positive impact toward change is by offering group benefits or incentives.
