Children’s early stage of development in School Saint Leo University

My report will consist of children’s behavior from preschool all the way through elementary school. This paper presents disruptive behavior in young behaviors in young children which includes Attention Deficit Disorder that consist of being hyper all day whether they in school or they are at home. The new method that they find out if a child has a behavior problem is to distinct between normative behavior and a typical behavior during their growth years. During their growth years while they are in preschool years they act out their developmental period that they starting to develop autonomy. A big deal of different behavior changes that fall under the Rubric outgoing behavior. Some children have Attention Deficit Disorder and don’t even know it until they are tested by their Physician. Most children in preschool mock other children and they pick up everything that other children are doing and also what they have learned to speak.
Parents always asked themselves can you teach a young child or children to manage to manage their own behavior. According to (McDavis,2007) you can teach them self-management to pay attention to the oneself behavior and also to complete activities using effective appropriate behavior. You basically have to ask yourself like I did when I had preschoolers and elementary school age children. Is the child able to make different accurate self –assessments to her or his behavior then you need to ask yourself is the child’s current level of self-managing. Most children who are treated for acting out for having behavior problems are from ages three to five years old. There are different signs that preschool children need in learning to manage their behavior as evidenced by, it is possible that they have got kicked out of preschool or maybe they have been putting a strain on their parent’s life acting out.
Preschool children should have that parent-child interactions such as teaching them skills to reshape their behavior so it can become effectively. Parents need to have a close bond in a positive way with their children such as teaching them all about how to act in school and in the public eye. Preschoolers learn what they see and observe how others act and that is how they pick up so quickly. According to (Jones,2012) parents should be so surprised to learn and see that in today’s society school age children they aren’t even paying attention to learning anything because that is a behavioral issue. Sometimes teachers take the easiest way out by only teaching the children lectures by if they listening to her or him. Teachers only teach children adequate amounts of learning because of the attention span in pre-school versus elementary school aged children. Children can experience some sense of worthless after being punished for so much over and over again. Do you think that is correctly right that is unfair to the child when you discipline them when they haven’t been taught?
Most children do not act out unless it is for attention or because they just do not want to listen to any one. At times parents and teachers feel sorry for children that do not get to learn because of their attention span and some do not have the patience which is sad. Children that are in preschool and elementary school age have one thing in common and that is they are children who have emotions and short spans compared to an adult. Children with different disabilities have the shortest span in behavior starting from pre-school and all the way through Elementary school. Children with Attention Deficit Disorder have the least attention span to sit and listen to anybody. Children with Attention Deficit Disorder take medicine to calm them down but most of the medicine calms them down to the point that they can’t listen because the medicine has them looking all space out.
Many school age children all the way up to Elementary school do not worry about what people thinks about them. All they have in their minds are to play and eat. Adults need to take in consideration that children such as Preschool all the way to Elementary school have low tolerance to sit for a while and listen because they like to be active in doing something. When I did a survey with ten people asking them questions about their children’s behavior I found that all the parents said exactly the same thing that their children act one way at home and around other people at any time of the day. According to Jenkins (2013) all children have social cognitions and their feelings are hard to express and understand at times. When a child attends a program called Head start they have a short-term effect on their self-esteem. Rodrick (2011) explained that when a preschool graduate they are less likely to be held back in a grade while their peers are moving to another grade because of their social skills.
As my interviewers were getting in to the conversations about the stages of developmental in school they expressed that they felt that they seemed to find themselves expecting too much from their child because they want them to like school and be able to graduate and move to a career of their choice. Children that attend preschool seem to take pride in themselves such as, wanting to be perfect so the parent will be proud of them. One thing, I found out speaking to the group of people that they expressed that a child’s developmental stage depends on basically a family’s dynamics such as, their own personality and other variables. If a child goes to school stressed by someone or something of an action that occurred such as, a bully at school or frequent conflicts at home their socialization experiences will deteriorate quick. If a child is constantly getting in trouble in class being told to go to the office, then he will lose his socialization skills. Children’s play habits at school are so different from pre -school to elementary school.

Children that attend school develops empathy and have compassionate for others because that is what they learn to do at an early age from their parents. A lot of children are shy for the first couple of weeks of school because of not knowing the children or because they are not use to being away from school. I have children and I can honestly say I have personally understand that parents need to personally be involved at all times in their children’s school by visiting the class and the teachers. When I did the survey I observed many parents feeling like if they go to their child’s school it is a distraction. Some noticed a negative distraction when they sat in the classroom and interacted also with other children. ...Feral children are individuals who have grown up with little to no human contact. Most do not have an ability to interact with humans. When they are discovered, they are unable to react to contact. They live without human care, social contact, love, and human language. They are isolated from the human world - often as an effect of neglect, or from growing up alongside wild animals. One would believe that all humans, no matter what age, have the ability to conform to a society regardless of their past circumstances. Angela Carter presents acting and performance in Wise Children in a very theatrical, carnivalesque way. The carnivalesque, in terms of the novel and performance, is shown partly through the several links to Shakespeare’s plays and through the main motto of the novel ‘what a joy it is to dance and sing’.
