Executive Summary ‘Toyota’ Company is a private limited company whose management team has acquired training and management skills through academic and work experiences. The company capitalizes on the untapped market and specialize in the provision of delivery services to its clients. The unique characteristic of the ‘Toyota’ company is its timely delivery of the services to its clients when required to do so. The company is specializing in the provision of Chipotle products to its customers in the restaurant industry. The company targets potential customers as well as capturing new customers in the market.
Gap Analysis First, needs gap in the market is an unmet customer’s need or a group of potential customers who are not yet buying the Chipotle products in the market. Currently, Chipotle is the market leader in the restaurant industry. In January 2014, the industry saw its prices shift to 10.5% at the end of January from the last day earnings. Also, the company Chipotle products continue to aid positive results apart from its appealing burritos. In October 2014, Chipotle prices rose to 13.5 % from the previous year performance. Future desired state of ‘Toyota’ company is to control the market in the restaurant industry. In this regard, the company must strive to control the prices of the products in the industry.
The Alternative players in the industry The main competitor for the ‘Toyota’ company offering Chipotle products in the restaurant industry is the ‘’ Moe’S’ corporation that offers similar products on the market. ‘’Moe’S’ motivate the Chipotle company to improve the quality of its services, In the long run, the Chipotle Company can expand its market share and subsequently increase its revenues.
