...energy or prana to harmonize or transform the body’s energy processes. Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force. This life-force or energy helps the body to maintain homeostasis and a state of good health. In some other complementary medicines like acupuncture, this energy is called as Chi. It is also called as Ruach in Hebrew. It is said that pranic healing is a simple yet powerful and effective system of no-touch energy healing. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that readily available from the sun, air, and ground to address physical and emotional imbalances. Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of pranic healing, says “Life Energy or prana is all around us. It is persuasive; we are actually in an ocean of Life Energy. Based on the principle, a healer can draw Pranic Energy or Life Energy from the surroundings. But above all of these, how do we measure stress? One way is the Perceived Stress Scale. This instrument is a measure of the degree which situations in one's life are appraised as stressful. Items were designed to tap how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded respondents find their lives. This scale assessed the amount of stress in one's life rather than in response to a specific stressor and has been used widely in studies of both mental and physical health. This scale has items are easy to understand...

...AMERICAN PULIC UNIVERSITY OSAMA BIN LADEN: FALL OF LEADERSHIP POST 9/11 MIND OF A TERRORIST BY TERI DANIELLE MOUNT SAN DIEGO, CA FEBRUARY 2014 OSAMA BIN LADEN: FALL OF LEADERSHIP POST 9/11 Under Osama bin Laden's leadership, al Qaeda has become the most dangerous terrorist organizaiton in the world, responsible for more than 10,000 deaths (Terrorism [2011], 1). As the leader of this organization, he was strategic, intelligent and knew how to attack his enemy both economically and culturally. He was a mastermind and was able to communicate and exert influence upon his followers, affiliates and to the entire world as we know it. He was also the mastermind behind the tragic act that took the lives of thousands in the United States terrorist attack known as 9/11. However, since the attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, bin Laden's ability to communicate and influence others has changed drastically. As al-Qaeda's leader, bin Laden meticouslly planned 9/11 and wanted it to be the attack that caused the United States to “bleed-until-bankrupt” by creating a wars between Americans and the Muslim world (Gartenstein-Ross 2013, 1). As a leader, his strongest form of communication lied in his ability to take down his enemies from behind the scenes. After the attacks on 9/11, he repeatedly made it known that he was not responsible for the attacks. However, did the...

...spanning 90 years, Raytheon provides state-of-the-art electronics, mission systems integration and other capabilities in the areas of sensing; effects; and command, control, communications and intelligence systems, as well as a broad range of mission support services. They are not only the world’s largest producer of guided missiles, but they are also the fourth largest defense contractor in the United States by revenue. What stands out the most to me when I think of Raytheon is the Patriot Missile from the Persian Gulf War in the early 1990s. Raytheon’s vision is to be the most admired defense and aerospace systems company through their world-class people, innovation and technology. Another thing about Raytheon that really sticks out in my mind is that their Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) is a global leader in training services and outsourcing for over the past 75 years. RPS offers their clients specific training which is tailored to the client and can be a short training session or even a grueling and intense training session. Services covered in this type of training session are: Performance Consulting & Learning Strategy...

...Once upon a Str@ngeTime, I found myself running as fast as I could. Finally I had escaped from the depths of the prison that encaged me, I had lost track of time. Days, Nights, were the same complete darkness. Just Time, It drove me crazy. The muscles in my legs ached, and I could feel my stomach tighten at each desperate leap for freedom. Finally I had the oppertunity I was looking for and I took it. I could hear them pacing behind me, but I had no idea how fast I could run once I was air bourne. I did not look back or slowen my pace, I knew If I was caught it would finally be the end of me. The mist of the Dawn Air surrounded me, and gave me great leaverage. My sense of direction came natural to me, I was able see without seeing, allowing me to know my surroundings like a sixth sense. I have the upper hand, now that I've reached the wilderness beyond the city. Up ahead I could hear running water. I'm not too sure exactly how far, but there must be a river up ahead. The dense moisture in the air I felt, near the city limit, led me to believe the river ran underneath the city, leading past the wilderness and out over the mountain top. How many years had it been since I climbed this mountain,. I remember vaguely but so much time has past I don't think I could still find the trail that led me up here. My Jill, my friend, where would she be by now. A pain in my chest caused a lump in my throat, my eyes watered and burned. I tried desperately not to let tears roll down my face. IT...

From speculation about whether the cooling measures will be eased to predictions of just how much market prices will continue to fall, the topic has dominated conversations of many first-time buyers, upgraders and investors. In 2014, the decline in Singapore’s private residential and HDB resale market, showed no signs of abating. Restrictions on access to mortgage capital because of the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) has, to a large degree, influenced the reinforcement of these behavioural patterns and will continue to so – at least for the majority for 2015. And with the government reiterating that they will not relax the existing policies, status quo looks set to place further pressures on the already subdued market. Nonetheless...
