An organization where there is a culture that has been developed through years, a culture of (1)disengaged, unmotivated and unsatisfied employees, (2)managers and supervisors who must be supervising and looking upon the employee’s works don’t take time to check on them and misuse their position power with their autocratic attitudes II. OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The overall objective of the study is to formulate a plan and develop a solution of the problem and to set a guidelines and standards for more effective and comprehensive leadership and management planning improvements for managers and supervisors. III. AREAS OF CONSIDERATION (SWOT Analysis)
