I personally do not have much knowledge about Francis Schaffer, so watching this sermon was a new experience for me. I would say the point that hit me the most in Christian Manfesto was when Schaffer said that the reason America is becoming lost in a humanistic viewpoint, is mainly due to Christians who have chosen to not speak out. This absence of a Christian voice is mainly due to a fear of uncomfortably or fear of possibly "rocking the boat" so to speak. I notice that Schaffer's words are just as prevalent now, or even more so, as they were back then. I believe that the absence of these voices are exactly why sin has grown in our country. In my opinion, if you look at the christian influences in the past 100 years you will see a steady decline
