Chapter 1 – Project 7

* I am conducting this project’s research on a gaming software company by the name of Steam. * The company has many ways they offer support for their systems and games including extensive FAQs, developer forums, and service desks. * I could not find any “promises” on their webpage, though they do seem to have a very well organized support model. Through past dealings with them, problems have been fixed promptly and professionally with little wait.

Chapter 1 – Project 9

* Positive- My girlfriend and I went out to eat with several friends and family members last week for her birthday. We chose a local restaurant that knows our family well to hose the event because we knew they would pay acute attention to all the details and provide a great environment for the party. Everything went quite well. The food was delicious as always, though it took a little longer than expected. We were greeted warmly and felt at home the entire time. The owner even gave us all a round of drinks, on the house, for choosing his establishment. I can’t say anything was wrong with the experience at all. We all had a great time and look forward to doing it again. * Negative- I was in the gas station a few weeks ago, buying a few things I needed. The girl behind the counter was talking on the phone and barely acknowledged me as I walked up, which honestly didn’t bother me that much at all. She rang me up, I handed her the cash, and when she returned my change she just put it down on the counter and turned around, continuing to talk on the phone. I
