In a time of tragedy and despair, residents of New Orleanspaid the price for poor planning and communication between government leaders, agencies andofficials. From watching the PBS Frontline program, The Storm; it seems to be a continuing series of the “blame game” with no one taking responsibility for the role they played in the planning for and after math of Hurricane Katrina.
