The Center that I expounded on is notable in the early youth training group. This Center uses a rising educational module and learns through play theory. Here are my investigation and assessment of the accompanying subjects of discourse.
 Number of children
The number of children will vary from day-to-day. However, they are looking for something 40-50. The ratio is 1:4 in the toddler and infant rooms and 1:8 in the preschool rooms.
 Number of staff, how long team has been employed
The number of staff that this Centre has is 16 staff members. Some of the staff are part time and they will only come in when a full-time staff is unable to attend or if ratios are not met with the full-time staff.

Having staff that is lasting in each of the rooms at this Center truly has a major effect. Having coasts that originate from various areas and are uncertain of the day by day schedules of each of the rooms makes it in some cases somewhat difficult. This is the place individuals, however, heads and imagine that there method for controlling is more prominent than the other.

Having activities that are stimulating for children is something that will not only help a child, but also give the families and educators an idea of where the child lacks and exceeds in areas of development.  Dynamics of the team that make it successful

When a conflict arises, staff members tend to take it way to personal and it tends to get in the way of focusing on the care of the child. Therefore, a staff may be talking to a co-worker about the issue and this will lead to not attending to a child’s needs. The staff will put themselves before the child at a time where it is not acceptable.

Helping out one another is something that the staff is really lacking. Staff have the belief of “they didn’t do it for me so why should I do it for them?” in the back of their minds. Laundry is one of the most common issues that comes up weekly almost daily in the Centre. To make the workload fair for everyone a chart has been put up by the director stating which rooms turn it is to do laundry. However, all staff have not followed through with this procedure.

Refusing to do tasks asked from other staff members who are not the director of the Centre. The staff are finding that if the task ahead has not been requested to be completed by them from the director should not have to be done if they wish not to complete it. The mindset is if you ask another staff for a helping hand you are automatically demanding them to do something in which they believe you are fully capable to do on your own. The rule is to be patient and

Reed’s kindergarten class is the observed classroom; the class consists of 15 children ranging between five and six. ...Classroom Observation Conducting classroom observations are very important to the prospective teacher. Observing helps show how experienced teachers manage their classroom. For this observation it was important to notice how the classroom was arranged, how the teacher interacted with the students, the teacher’s management style, and interview the teacher. Upon speaking to the principal about observing he assigned me to Mrs. Johnson’s third grade class, because she was the best organized. I was surprised when I walked into the class and it was not pristine and in perfect order. Shelves are organized with baskets but the baskets are overflowing with books. I sat in on a Novice level class taught by Mrs. Veronica. The students were all around 20-30 years old. The general demographic of the students was Hispanic and African. They were all enthusiastic and happy. I enjoyed sitting in on this class and getting to know the students and the teacher. After observing Mrs. Veronica’s class I saw that even though this was a Novice level class most of the students were at an upper reading level. ...The approach I took here was to observe children as they progressed through a particular school system. Looking for some correlation or trends and some educational building as it relates to transitioning from grade to grade. In this observation I observed a teacher I already had contact with. She taught my daughter in first grade, and then later on she left teaching for administration position and has returned this year as a kindergarten teacher.
