Colorguard is a sport where teams spin flag, rifles, and sabers while dancing in time to music. During football season, the guard performs with the marching band during football games and at competitions. My third year on the team, our band won most entertaining at competition. When football season ends, colorguard begins practice for the winterguard season which is the indoor competition season. During my third year on the team, we placed in the top three multiple times and came in fourth at Championships. This was a big improvement from my first year when we placed second to last.
