The manual provides simplicity, clarity, attractiveness, organization and graphical illustrations. It is a well written instructional manual for users of any technical level, although the length of the document is a little too long. According to Don Norman, “People do not want to read manuals — they want to do their activity. Help them get right to work, with minimum reading” (Norman, 2012). At times a reader can become confused and frustrated with a user manual that is too big. Keeping the manual clear and simple is important.
