Introduction

This work shows comparing of 3 companies from 3 different ends of the world – USA, Europe and Asia. I would try to reveal similarities and differences among them in different points – main goals, priorities, plans, attitude to staff, work organization etc. The result of the analysis will provide better understanding of the features of work of companies in different cultures.

COMPARATIVE STRATEGY REPORT

Within the frame of this essay I would like to compare 3 companies: Linc energy (located in the USA), Glow Energy Public Company Limited (Thailand) and The Züblin Group (Germany) and further compare differences between the whole nations.
Linc Energy is a diversified energy company that has a significant portfolio of unconventional and conventional oil, coal and gas assets and proven UCG technology ready for commercialization. Glow Energy Public Company Limited (Glow Energy) is a private energy utility company. The Züblin Group invests in energy-efficient office properties in prime locations.

With the past year’s emphasis was made toward the commercialization of operations, they have reached some great outcomes. The stretch goals they established across different areas of their multi-divisional and international operations tried to reveal the considerable potential locked within their assets.
The establishment of their 4 operational divisions turned out to be beneficial. The leadership of the Presidents in the past 12 months has enhanced their team’s ability of executing business objectives.
On 31 December, 2013 Linc Energy announced that it achieved the production of an exit rate exceeding 6,000 BOPD. This showed a tripling of production over the previous year and achieved the Company’s target.
