On the night of Saturday, September 10th, we were called to the house of Queenie and Arthur Volupudes to investigate the death of Arthur. When we arrived at the house, we discovered Arthur’s body facing upwards at the bottom of the stairs with a glass in his hand. We found a visibly distressed Queenie and a few of Queenie’s friends who had been outside when the body was supposedly discovered. We gathered a collection of evidence from the coroner’s statement which stated Arthur had suffered a single fatal blow to the back of his head. We collected evidence from the crime scene and a statement from Queenie who had said Arthur had fallen down the stairs while coming down for another drink.
