The passages “An amazing day at the Aquarium” and “My Trip to the City Aquarium” are similar and different in many aspects. In the passages, two different students take a visit to the same aquarium but experienced it in their own manner. The students experienced different stuff,with this in mind similarities and differences are apparent in both passages. The two passages are different because in “An amazing day at the Aquarium” The student was so grateful to be going to the Aquarium as seen on lines 1-3 where the student states “I couldn't believe what i was hearing:our class was going on a field trip to the city Aquarium!...I had always wanted to visit a giant aquarium.” although in “My trip to the City Aquarium” the student was very unhappy
