INTRODUCTION
 The introduction of globalization has brought an awareness of the differences in partaking in business activities from one country to the other and from region to region. This is because policies and structures that guide the successful conduct of business activities vary.  Human Resource is the most important asset for any organization as it is the source of achieving competitive advantage as well as the development of organisational strategy.
