On May 25, 1787, delegates from the thirteen colonies all came together at The Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia to discuss what needed to be changed and improved in the new government (U.S. Constitution Ratified). While at the constitution they came up with an idea that was better than The Articles Of Confederation and would help the U.S. government. The new document was called the U.S. Constitution.

After The Constitutional Convention, the idea of the U.S. Constitution was released to all the colonies and some were happy about the idea while others weren't pleased with it.
