Our research reveals that there is a large ignorance about the possible negative side effects of MSG. Surprisingly many say that they will continue to purchase the items because they are not convinced. The research is of great importance for consumer protection. Thus, plumbers have a greater influence when selecting the brand, as only in 27% of the times consumers select type and brand of the shower, otherwise plumbers influence on the purchase. ...these changes will affect consumer’s purchase intention as oppose to the results of this study. In addition, it is also suggested to construct the survey which is answerable by Juster’s scale (7 point scale) as recommended by marketers (East et al, 2013). 2. Managerial Suggestions Ang pangit ng sentence ko. haha Ang pangit ng sentence ko. haha The reason why consumers are not likely to buy eco-labelled products is that they are not familiar with eco-labels. Since there is a low positive linear correlation between awareness and purchase intention, marking products with eco-labels could be a viable source of competitive advantage provided that the eco-labeled products have extensive advertisement to increase perceived quality and is on par with other popular products in terms of price. Researchers suggest placing eco-labels on products with higher demand. Management should also be aware of the risks related to costs of placing eco-labels on products and enhancing consumer’s familiarity. 3. Suggestions to future researchers The researchers recommend that a study focused mainly on level of awareness on eco-labels be held to...

...India. Brinda having a more definitive idea of the Indian market is averse to the idea as she is aware of the low awareness of oral hygiene in many parts of India. If people do not understand the necessity, how would they be attracted to costlier oral care products like battery operated toothbrushes and their likes. Due to low discretionary spending and disassociation of health issues to not brushing regularly, Cottle faced a otugh market with low spending capacity in India. According to Lang, some of the alternatives to promote sales were focusing on marketing the premium products and persuading customers to switch to high range oral care products. Patel was more concerned with focusing on persuading consumers to brush for the first time and subsequently increasing incidence of brushing. Lang wanted to unevenly distribute advertising dollars across the three key points of focus that Cottle-Taylor wanted to project. But Patel was unsure if the increase in advertising dollars would increase sales. She also considered the culture barriers across urban and rural India and how each region would react to the different messages. According to Cottle-Taylor’s strategies, informing and educating the Indian culture on the importance of oral care was of paramount importance. One of the many alternatives could be introducing an oral care program in school so that awareness...

...pass an ordinance to raise fines for littering across our town. In continuing to unite the community of Burleson, keeping this city beautiful plays a major part. Littering is just one way in which our town becomes less unified, so I would fight to stop this disrespect of our city. I would also try to organize more money into a budget for making our city more beautiful. This budget would cover more landscaping and maintenance projects across the community. Another thing I would do as mayor would be to set aside more money in our budget to go towards our city’s drug awareness program. It is sad heart-breaking and devastating to see so many of our promising teenagers and young adults turning to drugs, alcohol, and substance abuse. In strengthening this program, more and more teenagers could become aware of their reckless behavior and the affects that come with the decisions they make. By bringing about this awareness in our youth we can ultimately create a generation of, honest, engaged, and active members of our community. All of these ideas factor into uniting our town...

Each country has their own advantages and disadvantages and because of this trading between countries is mutually beneficial. Having never left the southeast United States, I would definitely benefit from this grant so that I could see the world and give myself a better understanding of how the future of business will be like. With so many countries being involved with each other exchanging goods and services, it is essential to understand how these relationships work and what makes these transactions run as smoothly as they do. With any international business you are involved with people that have different cultures and beliefs than your own. Observing and seeing these differences first hand can do nothing but help the way that one communicates with people from other countries that you may be involved with. Studying abroad will not only improve communication skills with people from other countries but it can also change the way that you view your own thoughts and beliefs by being aware of how other people in the world live. Being surrounded by people your entire life that have similar ideas and beliefs as your own, can shelter you from opposing views. Being able to witness first hand the way others live will allow me to have a better understanding of different cultures and how to best live in the growing...

...Stages of Ego Development Jillian Whalen PSY/230 June 20, 2014 Chris Allen Shreve Stages of Ego Development Jane Leovinger created a method of recognizing which stage of ego development one may be in at any given age. A verbal sentence completion test is implemented to help the participant understand more about which one of the nine stages of development she may be experiencing at the time and what she needs to do in order to move on to the next stage. Each stage explains what level of maturity, acceptance, and understanding one may be in at the time of test completion. They also help the individual understand their internal feelings about environmental factors surrounding them and how these factors form the ego. Loevinger notes that not everyone reaches self-actualization and many may be stuck at certain stages. Stage one – The Pre-Social and Symbolic Stage: Because this stage occurs at infancy, it is not as understood as well as other stages because the child is non-verbal and unable to complete the sentence completion test. An infant’s ego, according to Loevinger, is most interested in gratifying immediate needs, such as feedings and diaper changes. She also notes that infants form a close bond with their primary care giver. While the child recognizes she is a different entity from the world that surrounds her, she has trouble distinguishing her own identity from the caregiver. Stage two- The Impulsive Stage Loevinger describes this stage in relation...

...personal experience of this kind. The author of this article had a friend who was driving down a country road texting while driving. He swerved left of center and hit a box truck head on and died instantly. Everyone in high school at the time knew him so it was quite devastating to the entire student body. There were grief counselors on site for a couple weeks after he passed away. This incident shows how a simple act can instantly affect everyone so quickly. There are more and more texting while driving injuries and deaths happening every day. A lot of these injuries and deaths are in states with lenient texting while driving laws. If communities in the states with these lenient laws helped raise awareness, people may think twice before texting while driving and also raising awareness could possibly lead to the chance to change some laws. Some people believe texting while driving laws make people have to hide their texting behind the wheel, thus making it more dangerous (Masnick, 2012). Regardless of opinions, studies show that there is a significant difference in the number of violations between states with lenient laws and states with strict laws (Masnick, 2012). Texting while driving laws are not strict enough in certain states, making citizens of those states not take texting while driving laws serious, which could possibly cause more accidents and even death....
