Today there are four main views regarding leadership: leader-member exchange, charismatic-visionary leadership... Scott: And team leadership and transformational-transactional leadership. Diane: Now, it is important to realize at the outset that these are theories, and while they are the most widely accepted leadership theories today, that isn't necessarily a commentary on how good or effective one leadership theory is over another.
