The study also intends to find out the level of agreement of the respondents on the role of BMPM in empowering people in information dissemination. Each objective was tested by conducting series of procedures including surveys. The self-made survey – questionnaire method was used to acquire primary data from the respondents. On the other hand, books, journals, articles and internet sources served as reference for secondary information for the related literatures.
