Core values are fundamental beliefs that I, as a business owner will be using as a guide for the behavior of all individuals within the organization. The core values we will instill in the business we feel are going to be key in the success in the eyes of our customers as well as employees. We feel that focusing on the following values are what is going to help in making our business a success. The values we are going to focus on are; accountability, making sure all employees is doing things, as they should to ensure the safety and pleasure of our customers. We will focus on teamwork; making sure all employees work together to get things done. Consistency and efficiency; we want to give our best one hundred percent of the time; nothing less. Respect; for everyone, all employees and customers will be treated with respect. Integrity, everyone will be expected to act with honest without compromising the truth. Quality, a high quality product is what is going to keep people coming in over and over. Passion, we want everyone to experience the same passion we have; putting their heart into everything they do will result in a better outcome and a happy work environment. Customer Service and Satisfaction, we cannot be successful if we do not provide exceptional customer service. We feel that the values listed above would encourage a warm working environment as well as a positive customer experience. Those are two extremely important aspects of running a business.
