Cornelius Jacobi Adams is my name, but what is the real meaning behind such a unique and interesting name. When Mrs Beddingfield assigned this essay, I didn’t know anything but a few pieces of information about my name. Cornelius was just a name my mother gave me because she knew I would be smart so she wanted a name to fit in with that, and Cornelius sounded quite interesting and intelligent. I really don’t know anything about my middle name, Jacobi,except for the fact that it just sounded good. My last name, Adams, comes from my grandmother’s name. Adams was her name when she got married and she had it ever since. I would like to discover more about my name and the real meaning behind it.
