REASON FOR TESTING: Kimberly came to Touch of Healing Counseling Center as a referral from Oak Park Church. She is being considered for the position of senior pastor at Oak Park Church. The leadership team of the church requested she be evaluated for suitableness for the position of senior pastor.

EXAMINEE BACKGROUND: Kimberly appeared to be of average height, and moderately overweight. Kimberly was dressed appropriately for the meeting and for the season in a clean, long-sleeved blouse, wool skirt, and boots. Kimberly was wearing a pair of trifocal glasses, and stated she had worn glasses her whole life. Kimberly’s hair appeared to be well kept, and her makeup and jewelry were minimal. Kimberly showed a slight limp, which she attributed to heel spurs. Other than mild joint pain and the heel spurs, Kimberly reported herself to be in health. Kimberly lives with her husband and two sons, William and Daniel. She reported that the family gets along well together. She said that she and her husband are very happily married, and the only source of continued stress in the household is their son, William. She reported that this stress causes mild disruption in the home.
