Perception of Project Management Project management is very important in different part of our life, project managements could be about demonstration of an appropriate project whether is personal or business related. It is very important that as a project management you stay in the right path when establishing any type of project.

Staying on the critical path is the most important aspect of project management (Kerzner, 2009)

In this paper I will be describing a project I had to manage when taking my last trip, I will show how was the need for the project identified, what steps I established to ensure the project was a success and how did I measure the success of my project.

Last month my husband and I took a vacation to Europe, I am a planner therefore I had everything plan from the beginning to the end, what we were going to see, what places to eat so on and so forward. Once everything was ready to go two weeks before the vacation we found out we were expecting and because of previous complications all of my plans had to be changed.

I had to now change our entire excursion, and had to wait to get to Europe to see what we were going to do because I was very tired and with almost all of the symptoms that happened when someone is expecting.

The first step I took was canceling everything I had already booked except the plane tickets and hotels, form there I made sure to take everything I needed for my pregnancy. During the vacation the only thing that was a most in my check list was to stay hydrated at all times, from there the way I kept on managing my trip is taking each day as it came, I do have to say that for me not planning day by day and minuet by minuet was horrible, but at the end the way
