The Plan to Success Management for an organization is a key factor when it comes to business flowing smoothly. Employees are hired with the organizations standards taking into consideration, and the vision, mission, and service strategy are applied through direction and motivation. Management performance is a major step towards success.
Management performance is the backbone of Miller’s Women Health Care Center when it comes to executing the action plan of providing motivation, empowerment, training, and co production with patients and families through the skills of the employees. The two characteristics motivation and empowerment are displayed through planning work, setting expectation, continually monitoring performance, developing the capacity to perform, periodically rating performance in a summary fashion, and rewarding good performance (performance management, 2014). Training and co production are both provided for employees on a monthly bases on how to provide good customer service, on how to interact with patients and families giving them some sense of choice in their health, and on how to remain professional at all times. Miller’s Women Health Care Center realize that health care needs the community just as much as the community needs health care.
When it comes to the hiring process for the Miller’s health center the objective is to hire employees that are passionate, experienced, and focused on the mission and vision of the organization. The valued employees of Miller’s are motivated with rewards for associated behavior with excellent healthcare; which pushes the employee to work at a high level of performance (Fottler, Ford & Heaton, 2012). For example employers of recognition are some time rewarded with bonuses or days off with pay.
