New technologies make easy to manage global business. For example, Smartsheet can reduce tons of emails from all over the country for executives by translation task on it (Citrano, 2007). However, if we do not aware and prepare of the incidents of misunderstanding for other cultures, the business could fall back. For example, from my findings, business with Koreans could be difficult if we do not have any idea what their real meaning behind of things. As a Korean, I did not like the way they express themselves. When they say, “No, don’t buy anything for me. I don’t need anything” does not mean they do not want any presents. They want it and want to see if you would keep on resisting to buy it for you. They have three times rule for manners. You refuse three times when someone offers you something, then you take it.
