My five senses

I can see the delicious curry

I can smell the different types of spices and herbs that have been used to create the masterpiece

I can hear my stomach grumble

That means it’s time to eat

I can feel the hot steam touch my face, oh it’s so warm

The steam rises high in the air, up and up, then slowly disappearing around me

My mouth starts to water

I can taste my own saliva, it tastes like water

I start eating

I can’t stop myself
