D1: Evaluate the effectiveness of the use of techniques used in marketing products in one organisation.

In every business there are several different ways they can become successful for example: they can produce aims and objectives which helps them to plan for what they want to accomplish in the future. This will mean that they’ll know in which areas they need to grow and in which direction they want to move, and furthermore it will help them achieve their target goal. Toyota is doing just this, creating aims and objectives and through these they have achieved the top place in the market becoming market leaders, being far ahead of their competition.
Since their start Toyota have created a name for themselves, a name of offering the best quality cars with the most economical price tags and widest variety of product. Because of these virtues coupled with Toyotas amazing customer service, customers choose them over their rivals, furthermore Toyota have created many pioneering ideas, that many of their competition haven’t yet produced e.g. their hybrid cars. Due to the huge amount of customers they receive they incur huge profits, in April till June 2014 ‘Toyota Motor Corp’ announced that there net income had risen to 5.7 billion dollars as sales took a sharp incline in the US, which has eclipsed the previously largest market which was Japan. This infers just how high quality their merchandise is, as customers return and as profits have risen over the last year and a half by approximately 6% (see link below).
