What makes a great place to work? There are many ways to evaluate a workplace, but in my opinion, a great place to work is one that motivates the passion of workers and releases their talent. People always aim to work for companies in which they feel important. Not all companies are a great place to work. But there are a few. A great place to work doesn’t always revolve around perks and benefits. It’s not all about the bonuses and pay. Most employees want to feel happy for being respected by their bosses, confident in their job and valued for their expertise. I am writing this paper about Dale-Tile, Inc. From my research every employee in the company is accepted for the person they are, they have job satisfaction and is comfortable in the workplace. The company offers numerous opportunities to publicize great efforts of colleagues and managers. It provides recognition for extraordinary performance and motivates others to follow the examples, and best practices that help others succeed. Dal-Tile company's workplace is built through the day-to-day relationships that employees experience. The employees believe that they work for a great organization and are consistently appreciated.
No company is ever going to have 100 percent of the employees’ that are satisfied with their work environment. There are always going to be employees that have things to complain about. Dal-Tile is trying to be a different company. Dal-Tile Corporation, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, manufactures, distributes and markets high-quality ceramic tile and natural stone products.
